It’s about describing how computer can be an effective learning resource. In the first paragraph of this journal, Alan stated that teachers need to be aware of how useful it is in order to consider the special capabilities of the computer and to use it in ways that are likely o be Cost-effective. There are few advantages that we should use computers to assist learning.
